1 3/4 ounces chile-steeped gin
3 splashes molasses bitters
5 ounces tonic water
lime slice, to garnish
1 dried pasilla chile
1 1/2 cups gin
- To make the chile-steeped gin, slice the chile in half lengthwise and put it into the gin bottle. Let steep for one week.
- To make the cocktail, fill a Collins or highball glass with a handful of ice cubes.
- Add the gin and molasses bitters and top with tonic water.
- Garnish with the lime slice and serve immediately.
